Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

As it was my first company and entrance to the oil field sector, learned many things. I didn't find any growth as compitted by them as a Graduate Engineer Trainee. Overall experience was good but I can also say that to learn basic working techniques I spent my 2.5 yrs whereas I could have moved much forward in any other organisation.

Dislikes

Didn't find any growth to move further in the special program of Graduate Engineer Trainee as compared to other oil field companies.
