Career growth is limited. Your roles can be swapped by the management as their wish. Also some seniors are inefficient and they delegate their task to the juniors. As a junior, expect to deliver with minimum guidance/help from seniors. There are few seniors who are very knowledgeable and helpful too but you have to be extremely lucky to join their team. Work-life balance maybe affected. Also, the management induces fake pressure on the employees. There's no scope for training/learning new technologies. Some projects and legacy and there's limited scope of learning new technologies. Also, the appraisal is highly skewed and favoritism is there.
