Everything. Manager is wrost, uneducated, not professional. Salary gets delay by 25 days every day. Have to work 2 months without salary. Cant take leaves even its important, partiality and fevoritism between team members, management always support the managers even they know manager is not right. Not to work here, please be jobless for more 1 2 months but don't join this company.

The learning is good and oppotunity to learn new things all time no matter how long you stay. Good if you want to get domain knowledge, calculations and all.

Dislikes

The appraisal and salary growth which cant be explined no matter how well you do how your performance is the increment is like nothing. The dont even apprase after conforming from trainee to junior engineer in any field

It is good for fresher's to learn. People are helpful. Work life balance is awesome. Teammates are good.

Dislikes

If you are thinking to work here for life time, then this is not for you. Salary hike is very poor. Very less scope for innovation. Work environment is average. 'Training' the word does not exist in the dictionary of DCPL. You will get the good onsite benefits.

It's a good company for learning Manpower & Time management. You can learn here lots of technical things related to Engine testing.

Dislikes

If you are in installation team you have to stay away from home for many days as client compny are outside.

Freedom of work and taking decisions, interesting and challenging product, cooperative people and directors

Dislikes

Multiple decision makers in top management which doesn't help team to align to a common goal, infrastructure is not that good, very limited space availability
