Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dinesh Sharma and Priyanka Owner of the company both are big frauds. They make false promises at the time of the Interview and after joining you can see their true colors

Dinesh Sharma and Priyanka both are unethical people. They opened the company only to take money from innocent people. When I joined the company we used to get calls for recovery of money from many people. Working in this company is worthless and we can not even show that we have experience from this company's very bad reputation. I came to know when I joined another company after leaving Dynadia. They have many family members in this business in 2021 and all females and males of this family are big CHORRRRRRRRRRR. especially Priyanka and Dinesh they both are chorrrrrrrrr do not join them do not trust them at all. We are lucky that Dinesh Sharma himself shut his company after 8 months of doing fraud and when people start calling them for refunds
