There is nothing to like here. I am looking for a new job.

Dislikes

There is nothing to learn new. Moreover they will ask you to do work of other departments as well. If you leave office by 6 o'clock, the IMD of the company will ask you to work till late hours, No proper Policy for staff. No policy for promotion. Single digit increment since last three years.no work culture.
