Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Teammates are supportive. Company policy is quite okay, doesn't have good salary hike but hike is there.

Mentors are really good. There are more opportunities to take up certifications. Teammates and work environment is great. There isuch scope to improve your knowledge with all the trainings available in the org.

Dislikes

... is the pay structure. Hikes are announced by july end which is not really fair. Salary hikes and promotions are the 2 things which is taken too lightly or rather not considered at all.

Constant progress tracking by management.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal and no hike. Even there is a proposition of a hike, the company will give low ratings and turn down the hike. Some managers don't understand the grievances of employees in this pandemic situation and force them to work. There is no career growth in the field.

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects
