I like the job I do. And work life balance is better in my project.

Dislikes

DXC didn't give salary increase for 3 years in a row. Promotions weren't done for nearly 8 years. Some guys were hired and fired which caused bad reputation for the company. To stop the attrition, instead of giving benefits to employees, they had increased to notice period to 90 days. No team outings or team lunch or dinner.

Likes

Depends on the project. If you are on a good project, your life at work goes smoothly. Nothing much to appreciate.

Dislikes

Company had undergone too many organisational restructuring. Salary hikes and promotion cycles were stopped for indefinite times. There is no transparency on how an employee could get promoted. Variable pay was introduced in 2014 but was never given to employees till 2021. Recently Work force reduction was introduced to layoff certain number of people to improve company's financials causing job security a joke at DXC.

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects

Company has no projects Seniors have no work ethics and etiquette

There is no positivity- To much politics by Senior Management No action against them, All your Hardwork gets vain you will not get awarded not even thank you mail

Worst company no salary hike - All the manager give awards and hike to the their close one

Teammates are supportive. Company policy is quite okay, doesn't have good salary hike but hike is there.

Dislikes

Motivation is not there. Politics is there. Doesn't get extra money for nightshift or working extra hours.
