Corporate politics and no proper hike and bonus for below job level 4. Existing employees are not valued and not paid good,giving importance to new joiners and good paid.

Everything. You will not find thing called "HR" in this company. DXC is formed after merging CSC with HPE. So HPE will blame CSC and vise-versa for whatever happening in this strange company. In DXC Bengaluru (Electronic city) campus you will find average age is around 40-45 years. All managers either will work from home or will take care of there businesses. Job Security is 0 "ZERO". PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY if you want some stability in your life.

Work-life Balance. Managers focus only on your work completion, not on your availability. No internal politics

Compensation is less, comparing to other companies. We were not clear on company focus and growth. No job Guaranty

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation
