Work life balance is a good thing but you have to sacrifice career and compensation for it. Of late there were many incidents of job loss under name of WFR.

Dislikes

No proper pay and market standard is no where to be seen in company. Manager's bias for own community people in hike and promotion makes many people to be in same position for years together.

Likes

It is good for people to settle. Not for growing your career. Because they give good salary once you come in after getting experience. If you are a fresher, they won't provide hike, promotion, bonus.

Dislikes

Company management has to change the mindset and hire more freshers and make people available to take any project. Here projects are not coming because we don't have employees to work. As per my knowledge, deals are going away because of this reason. Management has to think the solution asap. Otherwise company growth will go down. If projects are moving away from us then we can't run company.

It is an awesome company, I would like to recommend to join this organization if can get right compensation. The best place to work . Overall very good

There is nothing that I don't like about this organization but it was bad luck that hike was not given up to expected because of merger with HP enterprise.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.

Seniors are very helpful. Good work life balance. Can learn a lot as a fresher by completing courses from udemy and LinkedIn learning for free.

Dislikes

Less development project opportunities for freshers . Less salary and minimal hike.
