...t is very lethargic about giving employees the right opportunities they deserve. They practice huge pay difference in onsite for same positions as well.

Existing employees get peanuts. You might be getting a good entry package but they will not increase that years to come.

Senior professionals are also able to work on technical skills handson. Senior folks are not overloaded with managerial work. Company is growing big under the new leadership of Mike Salvino.

Flat organization structure. Salary difference at the same level.

...After mergeup from Hpe now situation is more difficult not getting yearly hike .Company is focussing on developer from small organization who can join in lesser package . Management who is sitting from more than 15 year they dont want to work on latest technology and dont want upgrade their self . Although csc was awesome company but not now days :(

It’s worst company to join as an experience person Join as fresher and no salary increments they fool u on pay package and everything else Biased environment Good thing is they provide certificate and reimbursement of it nothing newno learning they work on old technology so if u work here u won’t be well updated with market technology management is very corrupt Female employees be careful
