Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6- 1 years but garentee for permenent position is not given but can extend contract as per project.

CSC provided us immense opportunities to grow. You could openly discuss views with your seniors. Lot of learning opportunities, Employee connect, international exposure, rewards, growth, knowledge and compensation.

Post ownership by covansys, focus on cost cutting, politics and less focus on getting new business

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

Dislikes

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

No promotions No salary appraisal or other benefits Politics in management within particular projects ( never received vouchers even after completing the training for ITIL and found that it was given to some people to whom they are interested)

If you just want to settle with only one company through out your life with same salary.Pleaae consider this as wonderful opportunity

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.
