Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Only appraisal policy is not clear during my 4 years with company I only get 2 time salary hike.

Like the culture and how they equally treat everyone. DXC is Big MNC who is giving work from home and because of that every employee have opportunity to stay with there family

Salary and promotions are very slow in every 2 years once they will give. No extra benefits they are providing

Idont enjoy work here, due to lack of competence in managers and management as well. No motivation, no hike and worst is behavior. One is surviving here to maintain his or her living and less opportunity outside due to covid. May be different story in other department, i told mine. Not at all great place to work.

Time flexibility, but depends on project. main horrible things is , even you are billable in CSC (DXC) , they anytime can put you with a week to bench and any day could be your last day!!!

Dislikes

Manager uncertainity, no policy ease, Arrogant HR , work culture not upto mark, no hike or onsite, just making fake and raise flaws.

...d zero. Promotion, hike are based on your out of office relations with superior. Or you join at lateral level with huge package, you will be offered double. But again such people take the hike and leave the company Last but important, company has no projects
