Pathetic Appraisal and promotion policies. Won't increase your salary, won't leave you early if you have an offer. Managers are entitled pricks and not leaders. They will extract the last drop out of you for work, but will cry about policy paralysis when you ask them for help. Had Good learnings for me as a worker, faced 3rd rate management as a subordinate. Wish i could give a negative rating for promotions and hikes. Management is high on the power of their position, and turn a blind eye towards employee's problems.

It's definitely a good place to work. I see people work here for years . That shows how good this company is. Otherwise it's human nature, if not comfortable no body then they wouldn't be staying so long. Thanks!

Only factor is compensation. Rest All good.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 6- 1 years but garentee for permenent position is not given but can extend contract as per project.

There is pros, only good thing is that they pay salary on time....

The sad part is DXC is trying to take out the severance package from the long term employees, by recalling the fired employees...this is to avoid paying the severance package....re inducted employees will be given a low performance rating and then again fired.....this time the employees do not get any compensation....due to the fact that management will be hinting at their performance....really frustrating and pathetic inhuman method...

work-life balance is good. Policies are fair. Some projects are long terms, provides the stability in your career.

...ry difficult and now promotions are on need basis not on individual performance. Salary hike is close to 0.
