Compensation & benefits are poor. DXC don't pay well, employees are underpaid n never gives bonuses to there employees which are mentioned in there CTC. Even for basic rebursement of WiFi in pandemic, they hv so much formality n i feel they hv instructed managers not to approve expenses.

...ant a stable work life. It's a product based company so minimum bench policy. When it comes to salary they have not been paying every year.. They might pay based on company's profit business etc Promotions also takes some time, you have to increase your visibility like anything.. Then they consider you.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest Technology. I was part of a project with 500+ resources both onshore and offshore together. The scope for learning here in this project and in this company is really good and high. The mentoring from seniors and managers is also too good and support from Peers is really high. There are good enough chances for Onsite opportunities, if the employee is capable of converting his/her Visa at US Embassy. There are numerous projects with different verticals and number of accounts. So, the lateral opportunities if anyone wants to shift between domains is also good, provided one clears the Internal interviews.

Dislikes

Though we gain better knowledge working here, there were no hikes/ compensation increments here from past two years(Which was due to CSC & HPE Merger). As a result there are high chances of employee demotivation. Also, the intangible growth in career ladder is kept hold until the merger is complete in India. Recent changes in management, though aware of all these happenings, couldn't do anything. And also.. there is poor work life balance here. The company expects, an employee to work for more than 12hrs a day,but no overtime compensation is provided for that and also an employee is expected to be available even on Weekends and Holidays, which actually impacts one's personal life. Other than, Work-life balance and Compensation increase, this company is simply awesome to work with. A happy go environment,with motivating and inspiring managers.

...planned criteria, and for the appraisals people are waiting from last 2 years...to get the hike or bonus.

learning for new comers ìs very slow.

...cial offer letters via email and takes back it in few days for no valid reasons. Compensation, salary hike is horrible, no growth opportunities. Onsite opportunities given only to few favorite candidates, people you cant even imagine as deserved ones. Even if you finished your task, they will not give credit and expect you to finish others task as well who are their favorites. No empathy in this company.

Totally dissatisfaction. They play with employees feelings. I have experienced it myself.
