Only things i like about DXC is job security and Transport.

Dislikes

Work life balance is really bad since work from home started. There is no salary hike and no appraisals as well. Salary is not sufficient for anyone who has started working as fresher in DXC technology. Also, no career growth.

Work culture providing work from home where employees can handle there job as well as their family and after job employees can spend quality time with their family and thats the benefit to work from home where family is happy and company too

Only 1 dislikes that promotion n appraisal they take too long time and Pay scale is less as compare other company

In our process there is nothing to learn, I don't know about other processes but as usual politics is there and no work pressure, they announced permanent work from home, that is only one good thing about our work, nothing much,,

Low salary, no job security, also no career growth,,,

No increment, no bonus, no welcome kit, no Promotion, no appraisal & motivation for hard work., No work life balance they think associat is labour, no good money for overtime and extra time.

Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave
