Salary and promotions are very slow in every 2 years once they will give. No extra benefits they are providing

...led for 2-3 months. - zero bench policy. - Management is not at all supportive. - If you are hired in higher package, then try to be billed for 365 days.

Only company culture is westernised, Other than this nothing is good in here.

No Promotion, No Yearly increment, Salary paid to MBA's is 1/3 rd of what they deserve. It doesn't matter if you are a B.E/ Btech from any prestigious college. No salary Negotiation will take place even at the time of Onboarding/ resignation.

For new joiners they offer good and post joining donot expect pay hike. No proper market benchmark pay corrections. No regular pay hikes, discretionary bonus is like peanuts..cannot even imagine or benchmark with previous companies worked with. Have job in hand today but uncertainty at this covid 19 exists. From past 3 years no payhikes. No career growth no new learnings.

No benefits, No learnings, Career Progression interns of promotions, pay corrections are like miracle.

Everything. You will not find thing called "HR" in this company. DXC is formed after merging CSC with HPE. So HPE will blame CSC and vise-versa for whatever happening in this strange company. In DXC Bengaluru (Electronic city) campus you will find average age is around 40-45 years. All managers either will work from home or will take care of there businesses. Job Security is 0 "ZERO". PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS COMPANY if you want some stability in your life.
