Company should be renamed to Depressive Xpert Corporation. The company owns you as long as you're in your working hours. 27) Management encourages you to misreport your working hours on Replicon, especially if you're working weekend shift. Shamelessness and weak labour laws does not stop the company from taking advantage. 28) Depending on accounts that mandate work from office, they may or maynot be strict on cab delays. Unpredictable Bangalore traffic and personal delays are not accounted or entertained. Immense pressure goes to transport department to ensure exact login time.

No increment, no bonus, no welcome kit, no Promotion, no appraisal & motivation for hard work., No work life balance they think associat is labour, no good money for overtime and extra time.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

If you just want to settle with only one company through out your life with same salary.Pleaae consider this as wonderful opportunity

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.
