Unpredictable Bangalore traffic and personal delays are not accounted or entertained. Immense pressure goes to transport department to ensure exact login time.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

If you just want to settle with only one company through out your life with same salary.Pleaae consider this as wonderful opportunity

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.
