only one thing is Work From Home if you are good at internal politics then no skills needed for you to survive in the DXC Technology. very good company if you are willing to chill and don't want to work

Dislikes

so many dislikes are there. some of them are 1) worst pay 2) Worst promotion cycle 3) worst management 4) Too many internal politics, even higher managements knows that and no action taken and also supporting those politics 5) No Job security at all, especially if you are skilled.

Pathetic company.. layoffs.. when they get new fresher resources at cheap salary packages.. they start torchering old employees and unnecessary issues they create so that employee leaves or layoff.. Opt for the company get package revised and leave it in next 6 months one year.. this the company deserves from the employees

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
