Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

Everything was really good. Great team and Manager

Nothing was to my dislike, Salary and compensations could have surely been better at par with market standards. Many juniors were unhappy in this regard.

There is some levels of being flexible and time offs aren't much of an issue.

Dislikes

There hasn't been any hikes in over a two years now. They expect the best of quality of work but don't pay out for the same.

There is good learning opportunities and job security

Dislikes

Decisions taken by the leadership team is not benefiting the employees or org . There is no pay as per skill . Getting paid below market standard .

It's definitely a good place to work. I see people work here for years . That shows how good this company is. Otherwise it's human nature, if not comfortable no body then they wouldn't be staying so long. Thanks!

Only factor is compensation. Rest All good.
