Nothing was to my dislike, Salary and compensations could have surely been better at par with market standards. Many juniors were unhappy in this regard.

If you are looking for good compensation then donot join this company. It's not your cup of tea. Company is going into several reforms. But if you are looking for stability and not compensation then you can join this. Last 5 years only 2 hikes that too average was 5-7%

... Policies worst in IT companies. Requires L2 level approvals even for a penny. Do not recommend if you are not getting good compensation.

As I already mentioned nothing is good in DXC, I have scored rank 1 and my package is also very low in comparison of other senior associate still there is no salary hike from past 2.5 years Managers and senior managers giving hike nominations are to there known persons and promotions are only given to those persons who will give drink treat to managers.

...ow they are in firing mode. I spent 12 years with such a wonderful Organization. The Growth prospects were awesome they were the pay masters before 2010.

The merger with HP and before that they acquired Covensys and that's the reason for their downfall.
