Office politics If you are working as a junior level no one will listen to you management and HR will always listen to Operation level person. If you raise your voice for anything they will target you and make difficult you way to survive in the organisation and ask you to leave

Worst company I have ever worked to much politics and there is only rule of managers. Please don't choose this company for long as the future is very uncertain.

Dislikes

To much politics. Managers are not at all polite to their colleagues. Very less pay compared to their work. No work life balance. Biased management.

I love working in DXC and the reason is I feel really happy when I go to office As the environment is really healthy what I have felt. In terms of hike and appraisal I felt it is very slow which is the demerit here otherwise work life balance is perfect .

The only drawback I would point out is that in terms of salary hike , getting recognized and appraisals which we are working for and looking for more and more to improve our knowledge and growth in the company. There is no budget for team party or team outing . There is no transition happening due to which international travels are not there.
