i have nothing i liked about DXC everything is bad in dxc. there wont be any personal or professional growth and there is no proper process for anything. they will what ever they want to.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, no concepts of appraisals and no good salary hike.

Work from home is good step.

Dislikes

Company is not winning enough deals and there is cost cutting everywhere. Firing of employees is happening and managers are forced to give names of low performers just to meet bell curve and employees at the lower end of bell curve are terminated.
