Dislikes

Everything, specially no work life balance, nobody thinks about employee welfare, and mental health of employee is laterally scrutinized energy day, no work from home is provided not even for single day. Pathetic

Nothing Good. 1) if the employee has joined in Dwja Cosmetics, (brand name - Lenphor) as accountant, then they have to manage all activities of physical stock-in-out, order processing, physical returns, replacement, customer quires, order labelling, packaging, online inventory update and many more. 2) If the employee joined in maketing department then they need to handle social media, all eCommerce portal, advertising, + plus order packaging, labelling, customer quires. 3) Job responsibilities required multiple skills.

The Director and owner of Dwja Cosmetics Pvt Ltd - Mr. Mahendra Panjwani has trust issue with his employees. 1) Dwja Cosmetics is a seller and marketing company of brand Lenphor but this company don't have sufficient employee to handle the operational activities of an office. 2) The director is not clear with the basic concept of the employee's job-role and asking to handle all department activities and task by one employee, he is behaving like a he is running a shop and assembled many cameras in 1 BHK. 3) Mr. Mahendra is Not able to understand the digital skill, either the employee is of SEO, Social media, PPC, online brand reputation management, social media influencer, make-up artist, product cataloguing, listing optimisation, MIS-reporting, from all he is accepting SALE. 4) After working on all the activities the director and the owner of the company - Mr. Mahendra says that he is not satisfied with what his employee is doing because he is not seeing any growth in SALE. 5) Last but NOT least, very difficult to make him understand the digital skills which we earned in so many years. VERY PATHETIC WORK ENVIRONMENT, NO JOB SECURITY!
