The company is not open to any kind of discussion when it comes to retention of employees. It works on a lala cluture & you can be terminated at any time if you object on the way of functionality. I have worest experience of my life in this company. It is better to stay jobless than getting job here. Lot of back bitting , The Management does not bother to really evaluate the employee on his work merit but on merit of closeness with the management.

Dislikes

Management policies are sick. They are handicapped. Compensation is not also decent forget about the growth. You never get appreciated emails and appriasals are not given on time.
