I had the opportunity to network well in my time at this organization. Since, it is a smaller firm, I had the exposure to interact with different kinds of people at different seniority levels. I learnt a lot in my time here, because I could mobilize my seniors' attention and get them to train me on things I was struggling with. I must also applaud the training structure. However, the cons outweigh the pros majorly.

Dislikes

...nd few in between and the work isn't going to do you any favours on your resume. The pay is very less and there is an overall culture of exploitation. If you have to rise in this environment, you'll have to do more work than you are allocated to do and people will begin expecting that of you and offer you responsibilities that do not come with a promotion or an increment in your salary. I do not recommend working here but if you must because you're starving for choices, do not waste a minute doing anything that is not in your JD and do not stop looking for jobs.

Likes

The company is a growing company with umlimited scope of growth but the mindset with which it is being managed is not good. There is a micro management which happens here which is not very good to be honest. It never feels good to be in such an environment.
