Pretty much most of the things, India Head is worst, does not behave professionally. CEO used to be available but later he also started avoiding team member's direct interactions. doesnot respect your vacation or personal time. Toxic culture with divide and rule.

If you really roll up your sleeve and work its a good company to be part of. Small team great visibility to management. cant fool around. was good working experience when i was part of there team.

Product company with cutting edge AI & Data Management product. Also has consulting services based in India. Startup environment, high visibility and great learning. Flexible work environment. Senior management in India is extremely supportive of team members. Company is showing lot of growth.

Dislikes

Consultants, architects who don't have technical knowledge and created bad environment. All have left.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
