Very poor work culture and management is not so good...

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary id decent but other benefits and career growth is nil. Here company terminate their senior most employee without showing any reason.

If one want to work in such environment from where he can learn and deliver knowledge then DVB is a right choice. A perfect organisation where one can learn most of the aspects of mechanical engineering field.

Dislikes

Here one needs to learn through himself/herself. No one will encourage you to learn. You have to learn by your self.
