Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Met few good human beings.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The company is unreliable, unaccountable, ambiguity at work, no transparency. Stake holders lack vision and operationally handicapped. Big time show off to be honest. Top management needs some guidance on how to manage a start up and what are the key metrics to eye on to. Sadly they aren't aware of the utilities of having meetings, what's the purpose. Somehow they forgot time is money, it shouldn't be wasted. Poorest top management ever came across. First company where I saw lower and middle management laid off and top management continued to enjoy their jobs. At times favouritism rocks.

company budget are competitive hence negotiate well. Other than that Parent company Dvara Trust/Holdings is amazing in employee culture and policies but in the industry.
