Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...employees for their work. You will be paid very low as per industry standards. The company is basically ruled by the MD/CEO who implements policies affecting your pay and does not even inform you regarding same. even HR is not aware. They clearly don't have a vision with their product. Just beating around the bush. Employees on the field are working under extreme pressure even hazardous to health just to deliver unreachable targets. Extremely bad experience with the management. P.S management is just 1 person who rules the company as mentioned. And because of this bad management and poor vision, company is struggling with its finances and also getting funding from investors.

I don't like this company, very bad management and worst behaviour by higher management and bad experience. No HR policies and company will not follow any rules and regulations. Just like that fire employees, no increments no recognitions. Worst company no respect to women employees from management.
