As it's mass production company of hydraulic & pneumatic cylinders since many years so all design & development part is over. All design is finalized all you have to modify slightly (10%-30%) in existing drawing. If you wants to spend retired life then must join and if u are young & wants to learn new things then I will not recommend you.
