Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is really adopts latest technology. I am a part of a team a good experience.

Dislikes

Working experience about 10-12 hours some time especial case work day and night to achieve the target. Manager don’t value From the client individual I receive the appreciation mail. We get the many training for work related.

The company Dutco constructions is a very Big and a multi national company, which has many Divisions. in this I belongs to the construction division and am working as a Site engineer from past 4 years in this estemeed organization and i strongly recommend people who are choosing dutco. Timely giving salary

The appraisal are very less in the company
