Teammates are supportive &transparent. There is a gaming arcade for good helth. Good work environment and culture. So we work like a family & enjoy our job.

Salary is manageble but career growth is slow. No more increment by last 2 year. Management doesn't address our issues probably & timely.

Opportunity to freshers & appreciates for good work performance, & RR Award arrange every 3 months for good work performance, occur electrical accident to employee commence safety trainings , etc

Uniform not suitable for technical, monthly salary deduction, manpower problem, etc

Too much process as well politics and once you will serve notice period they will hold your salary and will not release as well will not give you experience letter
