Too much process as well politics and once you will serve notice period they will hold your salary and will not release as well will not give you experience letter

Too many process which is not required staff dis satisfaction , no ground level staff is agreed to work with dtss

Lot of learning scope, on time salary, job security, incentive programmes.

Too Many Processes which makes things complicated. The idea of going full digital made them introduce so many channel which made work very complicated. No work life balance, ops people are made to work even to Saturday and Sunday. Too much cost sensitive company even for repairing a laptop will take 2-3 months.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
