Good Business.

Dislikes

Not pay salaries in time. So many deductions in salary without any reason. PF amount not paid for so many months. All retail sales amount spent for services which is doing worst sales. Do not join this company. Useless management.

I would not recommend anyone job at DUSMINUTE it was one of most unethical retail chain ,Higher authority have no clue about ground level reality or they are hiding all the wrongs this done by the senior executives at store who are well habitual of putting all false claims on the Newly appointed Managers or on the Managers who just existed from the position. I was placed in one of store called embassy pristine,the first day of joining the cash variance was 9000 which the senior staff says he's not responsible infact he was in the system for long time ,Mr Suumit was very smart to fool all the Managers joined. Few anyone still like to join when assigned to store please take a proper audit of inventory and cash reconciliation later will be put on your name by seniors executives and operations head. Be careful on this.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
