I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.

Off politics very bad. HR and mangemnt dont tak action against bad seniors. School culture. Team leaders treat jrs like kindergarten. No brks but they will take long brks. Off boy use abusive language nd shout if we ask anything. Abusive language used in support team by team leader to jrs
