In old an days duroflex was such a wonderful company but recently it was going wrong way because of new management and new culture.

No job security, worst culture, less salary, low increment, full and full politics, partiality, top management only having full rights etc.,

Duroflex company is nice company here management is very good..

Some people seating Indore hi is not good for Duroflex Company, I think if they stay for a few more days, they will get the company closed.

Approachable Management - No offence taken, if you have right intention High Empathy Do Good and stick to integrity and fairness is the mantra

No hybrid work culture - it becomes difficult at times Not having many bright minds

Typical promoter driven mid size loss making company . All top jobs are driven my family members & their boot lickers. HR team is a bunch of jokers. They come up with fancy stuff to cover up the real issues.

The New Office setup where the company has spent lot of money to provide large working space.

Dislikes

Extremely a bad culture. The leadership team really doesn't know the practical approach in many cases. As it is cash rich the realization is too less.
