...on for a new starter, while working we have been give proper marketing training.Company is well established in east india so no question of job security,Company pay scale is according to designation which is helping in one for his career growth and by following every year appraisal policy.Company always seeking for new innovative ideas by providing good work environment .I have learnt many things due to well work life balance.But also seeking for good opportunity.

No training for sales for product...only on field training not sufficient . Lethargic attitude of sub ordinates Will become casual in sales. No aggressive attitude No target orientation govt type attitude of sales people regarding working style. If want to be aggressive and smart and result oriented in sales don't go for sarda.. No growth of skills and career. Lethargic and casual attitude people with no vision for sales Marketing ...beware.

I worked very honestly and appointed dealers in untapped areas, within 20 months morethan 200% growth given but there is no use, salaries will not come on time

Team is excellant, no training, no job security, no career growth, appriasals amount will not give after resignation, simply escape. It is purely proprietor ship company
