Nothing. No Job security, no salaries on time, no FNF of ex-employees. Management always begging.

Don't expect any increment in this company, not ever salary in time. TA- DA are just a dream. Sales executive who getting 10-12K salary per month and claiming only 2-3k TA in a month, they deduct this amount also. Pathetic Management, actually there is no management. No policy, even you can't rely on management words, they can deny anytime. PLEASE NEVER JOIN DURABUILD.

Technically the company is fine and good senior person.

No proper support for employees. Don't get salary and expenses on time. In sales sector if u can't achieve the target then don't get the salary. No job secure

...company is not good. he uses abusive language with sales officers and officials. Not getting salary on time not getting ta-da at on time there are many more flaws

Decision are very quick as there is not much long hierarchy.

Salary is not on time, no proper technical support, company don't give expenses on time and also they make deduction as they wish. Company think, tours are the income source of the employee.
