No work satisfaction Salary growth is very slow Very less rate of promotion No any extra benefits for employees just like contract man Globally company growth is down

Team mates are good and DuPont pays well at higher level and if person is smart enough can even get promotion every year. DuPont Trusts it's employees very much. DuPont Core values even helps the person in real life. Culture of the company is really appreciatable.

Dislikes

Salary at lower level is very basic without any extra allowances apart from yearly bonous. learnings are okay but not so great. Work pressure fluctuates accordingly. No night shift allowances or overtime allowances. Very difficult for a fresher to grow and get new opportunities.

Likes

Work life balance is good as the work pressure is not too much. Lot of attention is given to employee safety, office premises is good (Hyderabad).

Dislikes

No career growth (unless you are boss' pet), won't learn anything new, no salary hike for last 2 years, good for only freshers for the first couple of years and for those who are not too ambitious.

Product based company with more mergers and acquisitions DuPont has sustainable products like Kevlar , tyvek,S&C( quality products with close to monoPoly ) I work in global teams which amazingly good teammates True core values. DuPont follows 💯 of their core values Good work life balance but no work from home ( only COVID 19 wfh )

DuPont going through S curve , all the promotions compensation are getting flat for couple of years

...ry individual give to each other. Training is also good job security is gud ....over all regarding salary n appraisal and privilege of other facilities like cab n all are appriciated.
