Company culture is one of the best out there. Excellent work life balance and people/management/leadership is genuine and cares about employees. Work wise it’s a bit slow and not that cut throat. Opportunity is there for someone who takes initiative but growth scope is not much in terms of career progression. managers (specifically UK centric) don’t have a big vision as they are sitting comfortably in same position/company for 10-15 years and themselves haven’t explored the industry therefore are not up to date. India leadership is better in terms of experience. Perks & benefits are good. Leaves etc are sufficient and it is encouraged to take leaves and not burn out.
