Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dunia top mgmt is open and has good listening skills. The management accepts ideas and implements the dame with jet speed. Has performance driven culture and is hugely customer centric. It provides opportunity to learn and grow. High focus on improving cm experience thru Technology.

Branch Manager and team leader use abusive language when sales are low, HR isn't listening to employee, termination to permanent employee can be without warning, if you have options never select dunia finance, I personally took recording for Branch Manager abusing and took to HR they don't have time to listen.

Very very poor atmosphere, after having worked in multinational cos , didnt know what was training and development ,highly pressurised atmosphere, have seen people crying and wantong to leave. God bless people working there.
