Lot of learning till 11:30 in night with students. You will get on 20th of every month. Academic coordinator

Lot of learning from morning 7:30AM to night 11:30PM You have to pay accommodation changes like room rent 10% of your salary + electricity bill but all will cover by your evening classes if you got 1 class in evening then you will be pay food charges of mess. Child education also charged by 20% of normal school fee+ admission fee once only.

Likes

Teachers are supportive and enhance the learning, salary is deposited on 20th every month. Good environment for students. Provide fee relaxation for wards.

Dislikes

They just fire on their whimps, whenever they can find a cheaper teacher you have to go. They tell you to leave in 1 day. No notice period. Usually they fire their entire staff before Summer vacation so they can save paying them salaries and hire again when the session begins. After every term they fire teachers. Work load is immense as the management thinks of you as a machine that you can examine test papers of entire class in one day and prepare for next class also. They students are often over stressed as they have a test almost every single day and so are the teachers to check the test papers.
