Type of work is very good. If a person wants to work hard and do well , he can learn so much and establish himself well. The people during the time of working were supportive. Growth used to happen on the basis of throughput of the employee

Work life balance is kind of non-existent. The pay is lower than industry standards.

There are no likes about this company. The Politics company is one the worst company in this world. joining this company is equal to suicide.

No process, No office culture, No benefits, and NO work balance. Totally nothing is there in this company. Everybody in the company plays bad politics which is bad for professional employees. don't join with any cost, total life will be in question mark then.

Too much open politics .It is visible when we enter the company itself. Trainee graduates ( passed out from college) are showing their attitude to the senior associates when new joinee as a senior associate ask for KT. Those trainee graduates lack soft skills communication.Not sure how this company is giving training to the college passed out poeple. HR team pls induct some proper trainer to give proper soft skills training to the trainee graduates.In my exp , i have never seen worst company like this , where politics and worst behaviour of trainee graduates . Trainee graduates are not even maintaining their limit while talking to senior associates. No proper KT will be provided.Managment only encourages the people who are coming thru recommendation. Seriously this company is having government office environment. Better mark this company as start up culture or say openly that u r following government office culture here.
