Most likely thing is that the seniors are very supportive.When i started the job as a DSR first of all they give me a 1 month complete training and that training is on field with very experienced DSR and Sales officer.

Dulux Paint is very good quality world top 1-2 company. My boss is very good. Gift and meeting is very timely received to distributor office. Monthly seheme is very good averagely. Dealers benifited scheme like big dealer and small dealer.
