Amazing learning platform here, have ocean of opportunity to explore and implement ideas and improvise the process. Tight schedules but have to manage well, so develops time management and better planning management also. Accounts & Finance part is great place to learn and grow. Recognition is for sure basis of the dedication and there contribution.

Small crowd, salary is a bit narrow and not that great. very less politics. work life balance is a challenge.

Though management is very Co-operative and helpful, but when it comes to promoting deserving candidates they are someway partial to non British people especially in UK..

...il and unless you do any manipulations. There is no room for excuses in dufry. Salary is good, though we have plenty of opportunites to make money as incentives. Dufry provides Accomodation and transportation. Those who don't want company accomodation can claim allowances. Politics plays good role here, but i never gives my ears to those things. Internal vacancies comes very often, one who have completed 1year service can apply for those vacancies. Hardworks pays .

Dislikes

Some trainings seems to be useless and time wasting. Career growth cannot be expected in sudden, even if you are qualified it may take longtime for a promotion, and you can see those with recommendations gets promotions easy. Do not plan any financial things expecting salary increment.

Good exposure especially for freshers , Can have end to end knowledge of the Business as well as the process under different tower's

Too many rules to follow, unstabilized process. Wrong and surprisingly management decisions

Friendly atmosphere. If looked around good opportunities to learn & know things in shop. Since it's all about brands, so learning new brands & it's features new operation methods since its onboard over all the best pleace to earn learn & explore.

If u dislike the place where u work then that's not ment for you & I loved my job so no dislikes as of such yes evry job has it's own up & down it's a part of learning.
