The work culture is really good. Anyone can ask any question to anyone in the organization. Management team is very supportive and always ready to guide employees to achieve their carrier goals.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Little bit difficult to manage work life balance as majority times there are meetings in the evening time and sometimes late night.

I think Management Support is perfect and seniors are always there whenever any help required.

Compensation is not up to date, there should be compensation range at every level to have CTC difference at lower site at each level

As an employee not getting good hike in terms of money (Amount) , the recent trends is that employee having more salary got more appraisal in terms of money as compared to employees having less salary. Hike in percentage doesn't matter until the actual salary increases to a satisfactory level. QA Manager is not at all supportive and do not value an individuals. Only selective team members got appreciation emails from manager even though employee got appreciation email from client.

Company has very good culture and job security is there. All team members and management is very helpful.

The compensation policy should be improved, there should be package range decided for each designation and with promotion one should get at least starting package of promoted designation.
