...ter that students would come and scold them asking to give them their fees back. They lie to their employees, staff, office boy too and never gave office boy's salary for 1 year.

Zero job security Office politics Unprofessional behaviour of seniors Company has there own terms and conditions when they require people they hired them when not they asked them to leave. No giving proper notice period also.

Ducat India is like Daket (डकैत)means thag ,at the time of joining they will not provide offer letter and will say to joining after your documentation provide joining and after joining of one week they will aske performance,if you didn't any placed any single candidate or organised any placement drive they will fire you on the spot ,Menka named lady she is sitting in Noida branch she is very erogant lady ,she is very unprofessional with employees,she doesn't know how to talk their employees.which company does work review in one week and judg your work performance? Ducat is fake and for candidates and employees they will not provide proper placement to candidates and making fool to poor candidates,Don't take admission here and if you planning to join for any position be careful.I never recommend to anyone this company for work.Thanks.
