We have to supervise all subcontractor work like a MEP work also. Directly we can handle client and consultant. We have to take full responsibility of project up to customer occupaid.

Dislikes

Company did not gave monthly salary. Wrong management of labor. Company labor transpiration was very bad. Unnecessary labor over time. All projects are using supply labors, get company lost.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
