Office politics and culture, unskilled People sitting at middle level ,who do not have any idea of territory ,do not given any proper guidance/training on system/oracle

Initially very difficult to work during covid 19 but after some days we accept challenge and continue to work with extra precautions took by company and employees to fight against covid 19.

Dislikes

We were expected some rewards from the company to work continue during difficult situations in covid 19 when many staff was on vacations and unable to come back. But overall company is excellent.

Likes

Dpworld Mundra is emerging port in Indian Port sector. Its is the closet and largest cargo generating region of north and northwest India. It has great potential for carrier grown in Mundra as in coming days Mundra will be international hub for container business . Congestion free roads and Adani SEZ are special features to attract business, This zone is free of IR issues and employees are dedicated towards work.

Dislikes

Remote place far from metro city. Little area for entertainment and no quick medical facility and lack of education quality at Mundra

I love my job because every one shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for you.

Dislikes

I really enjoyed working at DP World unfortunately it offered me few opportunities for growth and development.
